Pickup orders will typically be ready the next business day after an order has been placed (Monday–Friday). As such, orders placed after 2 PM PST on Fridays will be ready the following Monday. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup!

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. Processing and shipping times align with our customer service hours: Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM PST (excluding holidays). Once an order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking details!

Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM PST (excluding select holidays). Please note that response times may be longer during set release or conventions.
