1. Preorder Sales: Please note that all preorder sales are FINAL. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

2. Order Alterations and Cancellations: Should you need to make any necessary alterations or cancel your preorder, please be aware that a 10% service fee may apply.

3. Price Increases: We understand that market prices may fluctuate after your preorder purchase. If the price of a preorder item increases after your purchase, rest assured that your order will be protected, and you will not be subject to any price increase. Your order will remain at the price it was when you made the purchase and THE PRICE WILL NOT INCREASE.

4. Price Decreases: While we strive to provide you with the best deals possible, we are unable to change the price of your preorder item to match any subsequent price reductions in the market. Please understand that WE DO NOT ALTER PREORDER PRICING, regardless of whether market pricing goes up or down.
   
   
5. Mixed Orders: If your order contains both preorder and non-preorder items, please be aware that the order will not be shipped until all items become available. To receive non-prerelease items right away, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-release and non-prerelease items.
