SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our online store is open 24/7 and shipments are processed Monday 10am through Friday 5pm, excluding select holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will be processed & shipped within 48 business hours. Local pickup available, please select desired location when prompted to select shipping or pickup. Local pickup orders may take up to 24 hours to prepare, and are typically ready for pickup next day.

If you place an order containing preorder items, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for shipment. Please order items sharing different release dates/availability separately from one another to avoid delays with receiving your product.

All preorder sales are final, order alterations/cancelations may be subject to 10% service fee.

25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II packs have twice as many Ultra & Secret Rares per pack, which gives you twice as many chances at “luxury rares” per pack (Quarter Century Secret Rares, “Prismatic”-style Ultimate & Collector’s Rares, and Platinum)!

If you missed out on the first Rarity Collection, here’s how it works: Every card in the set is available in every rarity, with 3 ‘standard’ rarities (Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Secret Rare), and four special “luxury” rarities: Quarter Century Secret Rares (celebrating the 25th anniversary with tons of sparkle and a watermark logo!), Platinum Secret Rares, “Prismatic”-style Collector’s Rares (previously available only overseas), and “Prismatic”-style Ultimate Rares (with special 3D varnish, and also available only overseas until recently).

Opening Rarity Collection packs is a rapid-fire waterfall of high-powered cards, in seven of the game’s most popular foil rarities. If you haven’t experienced this all-foil extravaganza yet, you’re in for a treat!

Each pack will contain:

  • 2 Secret Rares (each with an individual 1-in-4 chance of being upgraded to a Platinum Secret Rare or Quarter Century Secret Rare)
  • 4 Ultra Rares (each with an individual 1-in-6 chance of being upgraded to a new “Prismatic”-style Collector’s Rare or new “Prismatic”- style Ultimate Rare)
  • 3 Super Rares
Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

2. Exceptional Cases: In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Only unopened items will be eligible for consideration for return. In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: In the event that a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

Can I pickup same day?

Same day pickup is not currently available. Orders placed for pickup may take up to 24 hours to be prepared, as such next day pickup is currently the fastest option we have available.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?

Congrats on staying ahead of the curve! All pre-orders placed will be shipped or available for pickup (based on method chosen) on their respective release dates. The release date for your pre-ordered product can be found in the product description, usually in bold red text.

Where are the pickup locations?

We have multiple pickup locations available in Las Vegas, Nevada inside of various local business'. Please visit our Find Us page for accurate directions to our pickup locations!

The item I preordered changed prices since I purchased, can I update my order?

When a preorder is made for an item, the price of the item at that time will be locked in for your order. Whether the cost of the item has gone up or down since the time of preorder, the price you locked in at the time of preorder will be unaffected. Please note that any canceled preorders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
